Main Ingredients

1 cup green tea, chilled

1 banana, cut in 1" chunks

1 cup raspberries

2 tsp chia seeds

2 cups chopped red/green leaf lettuce


1soak chia seeds in green tea for 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and blend til smooth.
