Chewy Brown Sugar Brownies

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8 x 8 square baking pan with parchment. In a large bowl or in the bowl of your stand mixer, beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy (about 2.5 minutes). Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in chocolate, then flour. Pour into pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Keep a close eye on them to avoid over baking. 1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs 2 oz really dark chocolate or unsweetened baking chocolate, melted

1/2 cup flour

3Bake 20-25 minutes. Keep a close eye on them to avoid over baking. I take them out before they are set and even before a knife comes out cleanly. Cool in pan and cut into squares.
