Cherry Rosemary Muffins
Cherries and rosemary pair surprisingly well, in both sweet and savoury dishes. This muffin recipe is a delicious choice for your next breakfast!

3 cups white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 2/3 cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups dried cherries, lightly chopped
2 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1Combine flours, salt and powder. Grate 2 Tbsp. of zest from the oranges, and stir into the dry ingredients.
2Squeeze the oranges to get 1/2 cup of juice, and combine with the eggs, milk and butter.
3Stir the wet ingredients into the dry, adding the cherries and rosemary, until just combined.
4Spoon into lined muffin tins, 3/4 full, and bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
