Main Ingredients

1 cup frozen cherries, i like "seal the seasons"

1/4 cup chia seeds

1.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp optional: honey or maple syrup for a sweeter jam (i skipped this but if you are used to something sweeter, the cherries are a bit tart so you could add this)

Preparation

1Pour cherries in a microwave safe bowl and then pour chia seeds and apple cider vinegar on top.

2Microwave for a minute, remove and use a fork to stir the mixture and mash the cherries.

3Microwave for another minute and repeat the same process.

4Spread on your favorite treats and store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
