Bacon Cheeseburger Chowder
I have had many a delicious cheeseburger soup over the years, but they always seemed to be missing something...like that real burger flavor! When I think of a cheeseburger, I think of pickles, tomatoes, and, of course, bacon! So few cheeseburger soups have all of those things together, so I set out to make my own, and my family loves it!

1 and 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 tsp steak seasoning
1 dash worcestershire sauce
1 red onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup shredded carrots
4 - 5 baking potatoes
4 cups beef broth
1/3 cup dill pickle juice
15 oz can basil, garlic, and oregano seasoned diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 and 1/2 cups whole milk
1 cup sour cream
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb bacon, diced and cooked to crispy
dill pickle chips
1Brown ground beef in large pot.
2As the beef is cooking, break it up and add steak seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, onions, celery, and carrots. Cook until onions and celery are softened; about 3 minutes.
3Stir in the potatoes, broth, pickle juice, tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
4Bring to a boil, cover, lower heat to simmer for about 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
5Stir in the milk and sour cream, and heat through.
6Stir in the cheese until melted.
7Sprinkle the magical bacon onto each individual bowl, and top with some pickle chips!
