Main Ingredients

1 bottle champagne (750 ml, prosecco or sparkling wine also work well)

1/2 cup sorbet (flavor of your choice)

fresh fruit (of your choice)


1Place 1 tbsp of sorbet at the bottom of each champagne flute.

2Fill with champagne and top with fresh fruit.

3Serve immediately.

Additional Notes

The number of servings will depend on the size of your champagne flutes

The original recipe was made with raspberries but any seasonal fruit will do
