Main Ingredients

3 tbsp butter

10 oz. marshmallows

6 cups rice cereal

1 - 1/4 tsp ginger

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp allspice

1/2 tsp cardamom

1/4 tsp anise

1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation

1Melt butter in a stockpot over low heat. When melted, add marshmallows and stir frequently until melted.

2While marshmallows are melting, combine all spices in a bowl and blend.

3When butter and marshmallows are melted and blended, add spices to mixture. Remove from heat and stir until mixed thoroughly.

4Add rice cereal and stir until completely coated.

5Pour into greased cake pan and press to set.

6Cool in refrigerator for an hour before serving.

7Cut into nine portions and enjoy!
