Main Ingredients

1 cup water

1 cup whole milk (2% is also fine)

1/2 inch piece of ginger

3 teaspoons of black tea

1.5 teaspoons of coconut sugar

2 pinches of cardamom


1Using high heat, boil the water and the ginger until fragrant.

2Add the black tea and sugar.

3Boil 3 times in order to increase digestibility of milk.

4Add cardamom

5Cover and let sit for 4 minutes.

6Pour mixture through strainer and into mug, and enjoy!

Additional Notes

Note that black tea and sugar measurements can be adjusted depending on your taste.
