2 to 3 1 small to medium sized head of cauliflower-should yield cups once processed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese( i did'nt have so i used tex-mex cheese) still worked: )
1 egg chili optional
1 tablespoon almond flour

2Place the pulsed cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl and cover, microwave for 4 minutes. Allow cooked cauliflower to cool a bit, then wrap it in a dish towel and squeeze as tight as you can, you want to squeeze until you get as much water as you can out of it, i did this for about 5 minutes, trust me a lot of water comes out, this is very important in getting a firm crust
3In a bowl mix the squeezed result with all other ingredients, use your hands, to make sure it mixes evenly, Oil a baking sheet lightly and place the mixture on the baking sheet Form the mixture into a ball and then flatten into the shape of your pizza crust, on your baking sheet
4Place the baking paper onto your hot pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 8 - 11 minutes, until it starts to turn golden brown. Remove from oven
5Add your sauce and toppings and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden, i used healthy topping, peppers, shredded chicken breast and low fat cheese. Allow to slightly cool before cutting through it and enjoy
