Cashew Maca Cookie Clusters

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until a dough forms. There is no correct order but I like to do nuts first then add nut butter, oats, protein, then the wet (honey/almond milk). It can be good to add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time so they don't get too sticky. Once you have your dough, roll into balls and store in fridge or freezer. Nosh at your convenience.

2 tbsp almond milk

3 tbsp nut butter (i used barney butter crunchy almond)

1/3 cup rolled oats (i used nature's path organic)

1/3 cup vanilla protein powder (i used nuzest)

1 - 2 tbsp honey (i used 1.5)

1/3 cup almonds (i used whole foods)

1/2 cup cashews
