Main Ingredients


1/2 package brown rice noodles

2 carrots, shaved with vegetable peeler

4 tb minced cilantro

2 tb sesame seeds, plus extra for topping

siracha tahini sauce

2 tb tahini (sesame seed paste)

1 tb tamari

1 tb lime juice

2 tb siracha

1 tsp brown rice syrup or honey




  1. Cook rice noodles according to package, Drain and reserve water.

3Rinse noodles and toss with carrots, cilantro, and sesame seeds.


  1. In a separate bowl, stir together ingredients for sauce. Thin slightly with reserved water, 2-3 TB. Taste and adjust flavoring as desired. Start with 1-2 teaspoons or siracha and more depending on spiciness wanted.


  1. Pour the sauce over the noodles a bit at time to taste, until coated as desired. Serve with a sprinkle of cilantro and sesame seeds.
