Main Ingredients

1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats

1/3 cup walnuts

1 1/4 cups water

1/2 cup organic carrot, chopped

1/2 cup organic apple, chopped

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ginger

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp flax or chia seeds

1/4 cup raisins


1In a small jar or container with a lid, add rolled oats and set aside.

2In a high powered blender, make walnut milk by blending walnuts in water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except for raisins and blend until smooth.

3Pour walnut milk mixture into container with oats. Stir until combined. Add raisins and stir again.

4Cover the container with a lid and place in the refrigerator overnight.

5In the morning, stir oats and top with additional raisins, walnuts, coconut, apple chunks, etc. Enjoy!
