Caramel Apple Smoothie

3/4 cup coconut milk
1 organic apple (preferably frozen)
1/4 cup shredded coconut
2 medjool dates, pitted
2 tbsp almond butter
1/2 - 1 cup ice
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1If you have time, slice and freeze the apple the night before. This will help to make the smoothie thicker.
2Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend on high until smooth
