Cantaloupe Caribbean Smoothie Bowl
A creamy & dreamy tropical bowl of island flavors filled with a slightly more unexpected frozen fruit.

1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen cantaloupe
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flake
1Place all the ingredients in the blender in the order in which they appear above.
2Blend on medium-high until a thick smoothie forms that takes on the color of a pale gold. Pour into bowl.
3Top off with desired toppings. I suggest some nuts for a crunch in addition to more coconut.
For the almond milk, that is 1.5 tablespoons to be clear. For the frozen cantaloupe, I simply froze chunks of cantaloupe in baggies for several days after initially cutting the melon.
