Main Ingredients

12 slices of streaky bacon

1/2 cup of light brown sugar

1 1/2 tsp of chilli powder


1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (fan-forced)

2Mix the sugar and the chilli in a small bowl.

3Place aluminium foil down on two trays. Line bacon along the trays.

4Cover bacon with the sugar chilli mixture.

5Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy and sugar is caramelised.

6Transfer bacon to foil covered surface and allow to cool. Can be stored and eaten over a few days! Yummy!
