Easy, homemade sushi!

2 sushi rice-cups cooked
2 cans crab meat
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cucumbers-sliced into matchsticks
toasted sesame seeds
1Cook your rice according to package directions, allow to cool.
2Flake crab meat and mix with mayonnaise.
3Lay a sushi mat down or if you don't have one wax paper or saran wrap will do.
4Spread a layer of rice down on the mat, the same size as your sheet of seaweed.
5Place seaweed sheet over top and press down firmly.
6At the end nearest you spread a row of crab mix all along the length of the sheet.
7Place cucumber sticks next to crab.
8Begin to roll sushi by lifting the mat or saran wrap and folding the end neared you over and away from you.
9Continue to roll up until the end is reached.
10Gently roll in toasted sesame seeds.
11Place roll on a cutting board and with a very sharp knife slice into 1 inch rolls.
12Serve with soya sauce for dipping and wasabi.
