Caesar Salad Pizza (df And Gf)
Season your chicken well and cook on grill/pan. Gently rinse, pat dry and cut up lettuce, tomatoes (if using). Cut up avocado only before serving your pizza. 2 chicken breasts ( full breasts, sliced into strips)
1/2 lemon, juice (adjust to taste)
2 - 3 handfuls lettuce
dairy free caesar salad dressing
df parmesan (optional) (or nutritional yeast)
3/4 th of 1 avocado
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil
2 gf flatbreads ( i used gluten free chef)
hot sauce (optional)

3Pre-heat your oven, and lightly grease your baking tray. Sprinkle parmesan over your flatbread and then heat based on package instructions.
4When done, you can build your flatbread pizza 2 ways.
5Either spread dressing all over flatbread and add chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and avocado. Sprinkle more parmesan (if required) and dressing (if required).
6Or, you can add your toppings, and then drizzle dressing and sprinkle parmesan over.
7Add hot sauce for a kick!
8Cut up and enjoy!
