Main Ingredients

2 10- oz bags of mann's butternut squash rotini

2 tbsp tahini

2 tbsp of melted grass-fed ghee

sea salt and pepper to taste


1Preheat the oven to 425.

2Pour butternut squash rotini into a large bowl and toss with melted ghee and tahini to coat.

3Season liberally with sea salt and cracked pepper, add some garlic powder if you like too.

4Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the butternut zig zags so they are evenly spread and not on top of one another.

5Roast them for about 25 minutes, tossing them half way through.
