Brownie Batter Overnight Oats (thm E)
Decadent brownie-flavored oatmeal that's easy to prep.

1/2 c traditional rolled oats
1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop whey protein isolate or egg white protein powder
2 scant tbsp pyure or thm gentle sweet
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp lily's chocolate chips
pinch of salt
1Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth mason jar with a small spatula. Cover with a lid and set in the fridge for at least one hour, or overnight.
2Enjoy straight from the fridge, or heat in the microwave to desired temperature.
