Brown Rice, Purple Cabbage And Chinese Greens

2 cups brown rice, cooked
1/2 cup purple cabbage, choi sum, basil
1 1/2 tbsp. tamari
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. coconut sugar
optional: basil leaves
1In a pan, heat sesame oil, add the vegetables, and rice.
2Next add the tamari and sugar and sauté for about 1 minute.
3Next add the cooked brown rice and cook for 5 minutes, until the sauce coats all rice.
4Throw in basil leaves and sesame seeds and wilt.
