3 lbs frozen pack of cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.
1.5 lbs lean beef(cubed)
3 large tomatoes (sliced)
1 medium onion
1 pack spring onions. (sliced)
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon mrs dash
3 cups water
1 large medium bell pepper (sliced)
2 cubes knoll
1 tablespoons royco(optional)
3 cloves garlic( minced)
1Put beef in a medium pot,add onions, salt and olive oil.cook for 20 min on high, stirring occasionally.
2Add tomatoes, Ms dash, water and knoll cubes.Stir.
3Add the vegetables and mix thoroughly, bring it to a boil, simmer for 15 minutes.
4Remove from stove, add garlic and garnish with spring onions.Serve hot.
