preheat oven to 180C/350F chop pecans and dried apricots chop zest of 1/2 orange put all ingredients in one big bowl and mix to combine drop cookies by spoonfuls on a baking sheet and press down slightly to flatten bake for 20-25min or until golden rest on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. 2 eggs

2 tbsp. of flour

1 tsp nutmeg

1/2 orange zest of organic orange

1 tbsp. cinnamon

1 tbsp. ground ginger

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1 handful dried apricots

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (more if you like it sweeter)

1 pinch of salt

2 tbsp. melted coconut oil or butter

1/3 cup milk of your choice

1/2 cup flax seeds
