Main Ingredients

half of a large avocado or a whole small one

2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

2 slices precooked bacon, chopped

handful of cherry tomatoes, halved

handful of cilantro, roughly chopped, optional

2 ~ tablespoons paleo mayo

dry mustard, to taste

tabasco or your favorite hot sauce, to taste

Additional Notes

Instead of the dried mustard powder, try Pencey's Arizona Dreaming or seasoning of your choice.
