Main Ingredients

1 • 800ml chicken bone to broth

1 • 800ml of water (or more depending on consistency)

6 • chicken thighs

1 1/2 tbsp • of garlic – minced

2 • large carrots – chopped

2 • stalks of celery – chopped

1 • small onion

3 cups • of egg noodles

6 • fresh thyme – stems

1 • juice of lemon or couple drops of lemon oil

1 tbsp • of no salt mrs. dash

1/2 tsp • of turmeric – optional

2 • bay leaves

unrefined salt



1Brown chicken thighs in olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

2Once the chicken is cooked through add carrots, celery, onion, fresh thyme, lemon juice, Mrs. Dash, turmeric and bay leaves, sauté for approx. 10 minutes on med heat.

3Add Container of Bone Broth and another 800ml container of water, bring to a light boil, then simmer down to low for 2 hours.

4Remove thyme stems and bay leaves.

5Shred chicken thighs with 2 forks (this will be easy as its really tender).
