Main Ingredients

1 • 800ml chicken bone broth

1 • large butternut squash

2 tbsp • of grass-fed butter

2 • large carrots

1 • small onion

2 • stalks of celery

2 • large potatoes

1 tbsp • of garlic – minced

1/2 tsp • of turmeric – optional

unrefined salt and pepper



2Roughly chop ALL veggies, place veggies in a soup pot with butter and sauté till cooked, approx. 20 minutes on medium heat

3Transfer to a blender, add a container of bone broth then fill water to the top of veggies in a blender


5Once mixed transfer back to pot and season with salt and pepper,


Additional Notes

Optional - add chopped parsley or Parmesan cheese on top
