Bone To Broth Cauliflower Fried Rice

Sautè veggies with olive oil in a wok with garlic and ginger till cooked thru. Approx. 10 minutes Stir in Bouillon with 1 tsp of water, push all veggies to the side of the wok to make a hole for the egg Add egg, once the egg is cooked in the center of the wok, mix together. Add cooked shredded chicken, then add soy sauce to taste! ENJOY!!

1 • head of cauliflower-hand-chopped or chopped in food processor

2 • stalks of celery – chopped

2 • large carrots – chopped

2 cups • of shredded chicken

1 cup • of chopped broccoli, frozen peas or chopped kale

2 tsp • of ginger-minced

1 tbsp • of garlic – minced

2 tsp • of bone to broth chicken bouillon

1 • large egg

soy sauce

olive oil
