Blueberry Protein Pancakes
Perfect for a lazy Saturday morning with the family.

1 mashed ripe banana
2 tbsp ground flax seed mixed w/6 tbsp water (or 2 eggs)
3 tbsp of your favorite milk
1 scoop unsweetened protein powder (i used teras whey)
1/4 cups oats
1 cup whole wheat (or gluten free flour-not coconut flour)
1 tsp baking powder
dash sea salt
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries-fold into mixed batter.
1Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor, some lumpage is okay.
2Cook on med-low heat until bubbles form on top and flip...cook another 2 minutes.
3Recipe makes 4 large pancakes.
If you have extra left-over, save them for a quick snack topped with your favorite nut butter. Very good. ;)
