Main Ingredients

3 cups blueberries

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp cornstarch

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup sugar

Preparation

1Bring all ingredients to a boil in a large pot.

2Let simmer for a few minutes.

3Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

4Pour filling into prepared pie crust.

5Decorate the top with pie crust.

6Bake pie for 15 minutes.

7Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

8Bake for 40 minutes.

9Let cool completely and serve.
