Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats
A quick, healthy and delicious breakfast to go for those busy mornings!

2 cup oats, rolled, plain or steel cut, divided
1 - 1 1/2 cup plant based milk of choice ( per person)
1/2 - 3/4 cup berries and fruit of choice ( per person) - i used blueberries and banana
drizzle of natural sweetener
1Mix oats and milk and refrigerate overnight, or at least for 2-3 hours till soaked.
2When ready to eat or to take to go, cut up fruits and add the ones that won’t spoil easily first and add fruits like banana and apple right before consuming.
3Add seeds and nuts to top.
4Drizzle with natural sweetener.
