Main Ingredients

must haves:

1/2 blueberries (i use about cup)

almond milk (i like califia farms brand)

greens of choice (i like to buy frozen kale/chard/spinach whatever & just throw it in)

optional - pick a few:

vegan protein (i like nuzest)

spirulina (adds a boost of vegan protein & vitamin a and makes it a super dark color)

avocado (makes it super creamy!)

zucchini (adds thickness and nutrients without increasing sugar content)

banana (although i try to pick one fruit to keep sugar down)

ice (to desired consistency)

maca powder (superfood that helps balance hormones)

3 flax/hemp/chia seeds (boost of omega s and healthy fats)


1Throw everything into your blender and combine until smooth! For a smoothie consistency add more liquid, or for a "nice-cream" like smoothie bowl add less (this way is my personal fave!)
