Bloody Bacon Meatballs

1 lb ground beef
1 large beet, grated
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
6 - 8 leaves of sage, chopped
1Preheat oven to 350F.
2Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into meatballs. Brown in a pan over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes, flip, and transfer to oven for 10 more minutes.
3Decorate with olive slices for bloody eyeballs, or just eat straight out of the pan.
