Blackberry Balsamic Sauce
This is a simple but amazing sauce that is great on pork chops, chicken or a biscuit! YUM.

1/2 cup good balsamic vinegar
4 ounces blackberries
2 leaves fresh basil, minced (optional)
1 grind of black pepper
1 pinch kosher salt
1Stir all ingredients together in a small sauce pan and simmer over medium low heat for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
2Remove from heat and allow to cool. Use warm immediately or store in the refrigerator in a sealed container.
