Best Ever Ribs

Dry Rub

1 tablespoon cumin

1 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 tablespoons salt

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon black pepper

Ribs

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

4 - 6 lbs pork ribs

Preparation

1Mix all the rub seasonings together in a container.

2Prepare your ribs by removing the silver-skin from the back or the rack of ribs. If needed, cut them in half in order to fit into the slow cooker.

3Generously rub the ribs with the mixed seasonings. Wrap in foil or put in a covered bowl. Leave to marinate overnight in the fridge or for at least 8 hours.

4Line CrockPot with parchment paper. Place one half of the ribs in the Crockpot. Pour 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce over ribs. Add other half of ribs and remaining barbecue sauce.

5Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

6Preheat Oven to 350F. Place ribs on a baking dish and bake for 5-7 min until the glaze looks nice.

7Let rest for 15 mins. Enjoy!
