Best Blueberry Muffins

These muffins are a special breakfast treat here, and my kids are always so excited when I make them! The great part is, they're really easy to make!

Main Ingredients

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

1 cup sugar + about 2 tbsps to use for sprinkling later

2 tsps vanilla

2 eggs 2 and 1/2 cups flour

2 tsps baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup milk

2 cups frozen blueberries


1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and line muffin tin with your muffin wrappers.

2Whisk sugar and butter together.

3Whisk in vanilla and eggs until smooth.

4Add flour, baking powder, and salt, and stir until mixed thoroughly.

5Stir in milk until smooth.

6Gently stir in the frozen blueberries.

7Pour about 1/4 cup of mixture into each muffin tin, and sprinkle each one with a little more sugar.

8Bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes.
