Berry Protein Oats
Perfect breakfast full of healthy carbs, fiber, and protein!

1 cup water
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 scoop collagen peptides
**toppings: banana, granola, bee pollen, hemp seeds
1Boil water in pot
2Once boiled, add in oats and cook for 5-6 minutes
3Pour in frozen berries and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes
4pour into bowl and let cool for 2-3 minutes
5Mix in collagen & protein powder
6Top with toppings of course
