Berry Chia Oatmeal
A perfectly nutritious delicious breakfast option for every day. Easy to prepare the night before.

250 ml milk (of your choice, i like it a lot with almond milk)
1 tbsp almond or peanut butter
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of cardamom
1 pinch of salt
90 g rolled oats
18 g chia seeds
1/2 cup berries
coconut shreds, hemp hearts
1chop dates or add them to a blender, blitz until chunky
2add milk, nut butter and spices
3whisk or blend to combine
4in a bowl mix oats with chia seeds
5add the milk mixture and stir
6let it soak over night or at least for 30min in the fridge
7add berries, coconut shreds and hemp hearts before serving
you can prepare them in little mason jars and take it to work or school :)
