Berries N' Cream Popsicles

1 cup blackberries
1 cup strawberries
1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 juice of lime
pinch of salt
1Place the berries in separate bowls and use a fork to mash them up to release the juices. If the berries are not super ripe or juicy, add some maple syrup, to taste.
2In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, maple syrup, lime juice and salt.
3To assemble the popsicles, get your popsicle molds out and start with a spoonful of berries followed by a spoonful of yogurt. Repeat this step until the molds are full. Feel free to mix and match! Make sure there are no air bubbles in the popsicles by pressing down in each one with a spoon. Place a popsicle stick into each mold.
4Freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours. To remove, fill a large bowl with warm water and dip the popsicle mold in for a couple of seconds. Wiggle the popsicles out! If they are still stuck, place in the warm water again.
5Store popsicles in a airtight ziploc bag or tupperware container.
