Put all ingredients except the pine nuts in a food processor or blender. Blend about 5 minutes or until creamy. Pour into a container and garnish with pine nuts.

8 oz cooked garbanzo beans (rinsed is bought in a can)
1 tbsp tahini
1/4 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon (squeezed lemon juice)
1/2 tsp cumin
dash cayeene pepper
2 oz toasted pine nuts
1/4 tsp sea salt
