Bbq Tempeh + Spicy Slaw Sandwich (v)
This Vegan BBQ Tempeh + Spicy Slaw Sandwich originated in Asheville and is our take on City Bakery's Asian BBQ Tempeh Sandwhich.

1 cup vegan mayo (+ extra for sandwich)
3 tbsp sriracha sauce
2 tbsp swerve or stevia (sugar substitute)
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
5 cups coleslaw mix (green & red cabbage, shredded carrots)
1 packet smoked tempeh
1/4 cup vegan sugar-free bbq sauce

1In a large bowl, mix mayo, sriracha sauce, swerve, ACV, and coleslaw mix together. Salt and Pepper to taste. Set aside.
2Slice the Tempeh and add to skillet over medium heat until warm. Remove Tempeh from skillet and place in medium bowl. Cover with BBQ sauce and toss to coat.
3Warm up Amy's Sandwich rounds in a skillet over medium low heat, flipping often until warm.
4Assemble the sandwich with Vegan Mayo, BBQ Tempeh, Slaw, Sprouts.
