Banana Paleo Pro-nuts

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together until a batter forms. I do this in my stand mixer but you can use a bowl. Spray donut tins (depends how big yours are but makes 9-12 donuts) with coconut oil. Pour in batter and bake for 12-14 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Main Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup cassava flour (i like ottos, you can see it on my products page)

1/4 cup flax seed meal

4 eggs (omega- 3 preferred)

2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 non-dairy milk to desired consistency (about tbsp)
