Main Ingredients

1/2 cup nutbutter (i have always used justin's brand almond butter, i've tried different flavors)

1 Ripe banana

1/4 cup flax seeds

2/3 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup dried fruit (i have done this with dates and golden raisins, if using dates, soak in hot water for minutes first, then drain wa

4 - 6 scoops vanilla protein powder (i use nuzest vegan pea protein) - you want 125 grams of total powder which is 50 grams of protein

Preparation

1Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender until a homogenous dough forms. Then roll into approximately 24 tablespoon size balls and store in fridge or freeze. Each ball contains approximately 4.5 grams of protein so I usually eat 3-4 at once to get my fill :)
