Main Ingredients

1 cup water

1/2 cup walnuts

1 banana

1/2 cup oats

1 tbsp chia seed

2 tbsp organic maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

optional toppings:

cacao nibs, chocolate chips, sliced banana, walnuts.

1In a high powered blender, blend the water, walnuts, and banana until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Set aside.

2In a container with a lid (I find that mason jars work great), measure out the oats. Pour the water mixture overtop and stir to combine.

3Stir in the chia, maple, and cinnamon. Cover with the lid and place in the refrigerator overnight.

4In the morning, stir to "refresh" and top with additional toppings if desired.
