Banana Berry Hemp Seed Pudding
This recipe was adapted from the Minimalist Baker and puts a light and fruity spin on a classically indulgent dessert option.

2 slightly ripened bananas
1/2 cup fresh blueberries (thaw if frozen)
1 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries (thaw if frozen)
2 tbsp (30 ml) almond milk
optional: maple syrup or pitted dates for added sweetness
2 tbsp manitoba harvest hemp hearts
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1In a food processor combine bananas, berries and almond milk. Blend until evenly mixed.
2Add a touch of maple syrup or dates if you prefer your pudding slightly sweeter. (My bananas were slightly under ripe so I added one date to the mix).
3Add Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts, chia seeds and ground cinnamon and continue to pulse until evenly combined.
4Pour into bowls or cups of your choice and let chill in refrigerator overnight. Top with fruit of your choice and sprinkle with some hemp hearts.
