Balsamic Brown Sugar Pork Roast
This tasty fall apart pork roast is perfect for Sunday dinner, or any other time as well!

2.5 pounds pork loin
salt and pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup water
2 tbsp corn starch
4 tbsp soy sauce
1place a skillet on high heat burner
2pour olive oil in and coat bottom of pan
3rub pork loin in salt and pepper
4place pork loin in skillet and sear the outside (about 2 minutes each side)
5place pork loin in crock pot with 1/2 cup of water and put on low heat to cook for 5 hours.
6before the last hour mix remaining ingredients together in a pot on the stove top over medium heat.
7Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Let cook 3 minutes.
8During the last hour bast the pork loin with the sauce. Baste every 20 minutes until last hour is finished.
9Turn the broiler on hi.
10Remove pork loin from crock pot and place on a pan covered in parchment and sprayed with cooking spray.
11Baste one more time.
12Place in broiler for 2 minutes.
13Let rest ten minutes before serving.
14can be served sliced or shredded to place on sandwiches.
