Baked Salmon With Spring Mix Salad And Cherry Tomatoes

1 lbs salmon stake
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 small garlic cloves(minced)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoons ms dash
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1 pack spring mix salad (cleaned)
1Preheat the oven to 425°F .
2In a large nonstick baking dish, drizzle oil, place the salmon stake skin down.
3Combine the garlic, lemon juice and ms Dash and mix well in a bowl.
4Coat the salmon stake with the mixture and season with salt and the lemon pepper.
5Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until well done.
6Serve with spring mix salad and cherry tomatoes.
