Easy Citrus Dijon Salmon

Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a small baking sheet with parchment paper and put salmon on top of it. Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl until combined and then spread onto salmon. You can use a spoon (I usually just use this) or a cooking brush. Bake salmon for 10-12 minutes until cooked through and serve!

Main Ingredients

2 filets of wild caught salmon, about 4- 6oz each

2 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsbp avocado oil

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp optional: of basil or parsley finely chopped (still tastes great without this but if you have some on hand it adds a great freshness! )

salt & peper to taste
