Baked Bean Burgers

Preheat oven to 400° F. Process oats to a flour. Set aside. Process all but 1/3 cup of beans to a paste. Reserve the 1/3 cup. In a large bowl combine bean paste, reserved beans, corn, oats, spices and crushed tomatoes. Mix until the oat flour disappears. Use a 1/3 measuring cup to scoop and plop mix onto parchment paper. Press flat. Bake 10 minutes on each side. Serve with your favorite burger. . .

1 can (15 oz. ) organic no salt added black beans

1 can (15 oz. ) organic no salt added kidney beans

1/2 can (15 oz. ) organic no salt added corn

1/3 can (15 oz. ) crushed tomatoes

1 onion (diced)

1 cup rolled oats

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder
