Bacon Slaw Burgers
These burgers are Keto, Paleo & Whole30, be sure to use good quality meats, and enjoy!

1 pack of uncured bacon
1 1/2 - 2 handfuls of diced red onion
2/3 (of a 14 oz) pack of coleslaw mix
4 spoonfuls, & 2 spoonfuls of ghee
2 heaping spoonfuls of minced garlic
1 lb of grass fed ground beef
3 spoonfuls of primal kitchen or homemade paleo mayo
1Preheat oven to 425˚.
2Arrange bacon on a baking sheet and bake until crispy.
3Cook onion & garlic in a pan with 4 spoonfuls of ghee, cook until onion is translucent and garlic is very aromatic.
4Add in coleslaw mix, and 2 more spoonfuls of ghee, cook down until cabbage is soft.
5Chop up bacon into little pieces, mix into cabbage mixture with a small spoonful of the bacon grease.
6Add mayonnaise and mix together.
7Shape patties and fry them in a pan until cooked through.
8Once it’s all together, top the burger patty with the bacon slaw and enjoy!
