1/3 cup diced red onion
4 medium avocados
1/2 cup diced cilantro
2 juiced limes
3 strips crumbled cooked bacon
tajin seasoning salt or salt to taste
hot sauce if you like a kick
1Remove pits from avocados and scoop out flesh into medium mixing bowl or container. Add remaining ingredients, seasoning with salt and hot sauce to your preference.
2Serve with tortilla chips, carrot sticks, celery, peppers, cucumber, or jicama.
