Bacon Deviled Eggs
These aren't your momma's traditional Deviled Eggs! While equally simple as the original version, these are extra creamy (thanks avocado), with an added crunch from bacon and zip from buffalo sauce. Pump up your next picnic, potluck, or party with these Bacon Deviled Eggs!

8 hard boiled eggs
4 strips cooked, chopped bacon
2 tablespoons diced green onions
1 teaspoon buffalo sauce, such as frank's
salt and pepper to taste
1Slice open hard boiled eggs.
2Gently scoop out yolks into a mixing bowl. Add avocado and use a fork to blend the two together into a smooth consistency. Add bacon, onions, and buffalo sauce. Use a spoon to carefully refill the cooked egg whites.
3Chill until ready to serve. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days.
